Dear Valley Center Real Estate Professionals
Your scholarship was a big help in aiding
my college journey at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I graduated
from Cal Poly in 2010 with a degree in Animal Science Pre-Veterinary
Medicine. After I graduated, I moved to the Central Valley
and started working. I now work for a company called Stewart
and Jasper Orchards and manage part of their retail department.
I plan on going back to school in the near future to obtain
a second Bachelors in Nursing. I am very appreciative of
the scholarship you gave to me and think that what you are
doing is extremely generous and helpful in aiding other
VCHS seniors futures!
Sincerely Brittney Mitich

Thank you Valley Center Real Estate
Professionals for the opportunity to live out my dreams!
My name is Carlyn Spangler-Gallarda and I
received the Valley Center Real Estate Professional Scholarship
in 2006. Once I graduated high school I went to Mansfield
University in Pennsylvania, where I played field hockey
and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Broadcasting and Public Relations. I studied abroad
throughout Europe and completed a Semester at Sea program.
Upon graduating, I became a freelance journalist working
with ESPNU, Palestra.net, and Sac Midtown Magazine. I met
my husband in 2011 and we lived in Atlanta, GA for three
years as he played in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons. Our
home is now Dallas, TX where I am currently working in the
marketing and public relations field. This scholarship helped
me financially obtain my degree and go to school across
the country. Going to school so far away from home gave
me the confidence to live anywhere and dream big!

I would like
to say "thank you" to the wonderful group of people in the
VCCAG organization.
Their help with funding has given me the opportunity
to attend the Envision: NYLF: Medicine & Healthcare program
at UCLA this summer. I leave for UCLA on June 19th and will
be there for nine days. I can't wait to experience some
of the things that medical students experience and take
college courses in the medical and healthcare fields. Your
kindness and generosity is allowing me to achieve my dreams
and goals this summer by attending this program, and continuing
toward my goal of one day becoming a doctor. THANK YOU VCCAG!
